PEXA Settlement Service Fee Structure
The service fee structure below is a general guidance only and subject to our final confirmation and quote upon receiving your instructions.
Scope of Services and Fees
The below scope of services and fees are for your reference only. Please do not hesitate to contact us today to find out the best arrangement for you.
Fee Structure July 2023 to June 2024 (Subject to Changes every Financial Year):
Legal Service Fee: $600 plus GST (Fixed)
Disbursements (Property Certificates Charges) Range: $315 to $415 plus GST
Government Charges Range: $330.80 to $496.20 (incl. GST)
PEXA Fee: $132.66 (incl. GST)
Step 1
You will need to contact us in relation to your purchase or sale of property. Provide us a copy of the signed contract by email and so that we can confirm some basic information with you.
Step 2
We will send you an email for you to complete the Verification of Identity, PEXA authorisation form and purchaser declaration forms.
Step 3
We will perform the Stamp Duty Assessment with Revenue NSW within the required timeframe and you will be notified how much stamp duty needs to be paid.
Extra service fee applies for First Home Buyer who wishes to apply for stamp duty concession.
Step 4
We will obtain all the relevant property certificates and work out the settlement figures for you. You will receive an email in relation to how much money you need to prepare prior to settlement and the required steps to be taken. You will receive our confirmation once settlement is completed.
